TDEC, the leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing services, was recently awarded a second contract with the Navy. Currently providing services to the Navy Supply Command in Pensacola, TDEC added a one-year contract with 5 one-year options with the U.S. Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) and the U.S. Naval Air Warfare Station (NAWS).
Under this valuable contract, TDEC will be providing seasoned telephone operators to assist customers with a number of tasks, including telephone directory assistance, telephone numbers, extensions, and locations of individuals and organizations, using a government-owned, contractor operator attendant console. TDEC staff will answer between 100 to 300 callers daily. With this contract, it is anticipated that TDEC will provide approximately 2,500 work hours per year.
